Titan Swords offers a fair and straightforward refund and returns policy. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This page explains our refund and returns process in detail.

EU Right of Withdrawal

If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 30 days of receiving your last item, without giving any reason.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, notify us before the 30-day period expires by:

• If you checked out with a phone number only, use the return link in your SMS order confirmation

After notifying us, you have 14 days to return the item. We will issue your refund within 14 days of receiving the returned goods, including the cost of standard outbound shipping. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Exemptions: Custom or personalized items cannot be returned under the right of withdrawal.

Our Returns Policy

We accept returns for both new and slightly used items. You can return an order within 30 days after the purchase. The process is simple and hassle-free.

Defective or Damaged in Shipping Merchandise

If you receive defective or damaged products, save all packing material and contact us within 48 business hours of receiving the order. Email us at support@titanswords.com with your full name, order number, pictures of the damaged product and packaging, and a description of the defect. We will assess the damage and begin the return process immediately.

Wrong Item Shipped

If you receive the wrong item, please save all packing material and contact us within 48 business hours. Email us at support@titanswords.com with your full name and order number. We will initiate the reshipping process immediately.

Refund Process

Refunds are processed as soon as possible after returned items arrive at our warehouse. Please allow 3–5 business days for processing. Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. If you haven’t received your refund after 5 business days, please email us.

Exchange Process

You may apply for an exchange within 30 days of purchase. Exchanges follow the same process as returns. If you received a defective or damaged product, we will work with you to send a brand new replacement item once the issue has been assessed.

• Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
• Damaged items must be reported within 48 hours with photos

How to Return an Item

2. Include your order number and reason for return.
3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging.
4. Ship the return to the address provided in our reply email.
